Golden Baba

Baba at Dusk
This is my best friend's cat, Baba. I was in her backyard, actually taking pictures of flowers and I saw how the light was hitting him and making him glow with this beautiful golden hue. I can't remember what he was looking at, but he was sitting so still and he looked so beautiful to me. I had this one blown up and framed for her daughter. This is also the very first (and only) picture I ever took that won an amateur photography competition.
