Hermit Crabs

This is a very old picture - I think Carson was 4 and Nic was 2. We went to Panama City for vacation and when we first got there, we drove to the beach near our hotel. They were still wearing long pants from the trip and rolled up their pantslegs to play at the edge of the water. They each found a hermit crab and were racing to see who's would make it to the water first. I have a whole series of candid pictures of them from behind. I love capturing them when they don't know anyone is watching. I have this framed in my living room and it always makes me smile.
